Eagle ESP 4340 forged steel crankshafts feature exceptional strength and unsurpassed quality at a reasonable price.
Forged in a non-twist forging and each crankshaft undergoes a multi-stage heat treatment process as well as stress relieving, shot peening, and nitriding.
Manufactured with a 0.125" radius on all journals, rear seal and snout for added strength so chamfered bearings must be used.
Each crankshaft is inspected for dimension, size and stroke accuracy.
Lightening holes in each rod throw for reduced weight.
TECH NOTE: Stock 302 stroke is 3.000". Stock 302 bore is 4.000". Stock 289 stroke is 2.870". Stock 289 bore is 4.000". Stock main journal size is 2.249. Stock rod journal size is 2.123. Stock 302 rod length is 5.0885-5.0915 and stock 289 rod length is 5.1535-5.1565.
INSTALLATION TECH NOTE: Will NOT work with AOD or AODE torque converters that have the "long snout design". Be sure to check this before ordering. If using an AOD transmission, this crankshaft will only work with "short snout" AOD or AODE converters.

Eagle ESP connecting rods are the perfect choice for engines up to 750 horsepower.
Eagle ESP H-Beam connecting rods are forged from 4340 steel.
7/16" ARP 8740 bolts with precision alignment sleeves that locate the rod cap to help maintain big end bore size and eliminate cap walk.
Packaged in a weight-matched set (+or- 1 gram).
Sizing is done on the state of the art Sunnen Krossgrinding system.
All Eagle ESP Connecting Rods are multi-stage heat treated, magna-fluxed, and sonic tested.
The Eagle ESP series connecting rods are manufactured from a two-piece forging.
The forging process forces the grain into the shape of a connecting rod, resulting in a superior fatigue life.
The rod cap is forged separately so that the grain runs perpendicular to the load forces, which strengthens the rod.
Also, a higher content of nickel and chrome is used, which increases the strength and fatigue life without making the rod brittle.
Extensive testing has proven the Eagle two-piece forging to be superior to any one-piece forging on the market!
Sold as a set of 8 Eagle ESP H-Beam connecting rods.
Clevite main bearings and rod bearings for Ford 347 stroker.
Use this bearing set with the Eagle 430234005400 crankshaft shown above.
Typical characteristics of H Series bearings: Medium level of eccentricity and high crush.
Enlarged chamfers for greater crankshaft fillet clearance.
Made without flash plating for better seating
Use with crankshafts that have oversized fillets and with engines that run mid-high RPM ranges.
Contact patterns should ideally cover 2/3 to 3/4 of the bearing surface.
Clevite MS590H-standard main bearings.
Clevite CB634HN-standard rod bearings.

SRP pistons are forged from wrought alluminum alloys.
Wrought aluminum is 20% stronger than aluminum bar stock and 50% stronger than cast aluminum pistons.
SRP uses only the highest grade wrought aluminum alloys to make a stronger, lighter piston.
These aerospace quality alloys have been rigourously tested and found to be the most durable material for this application.
To optimize the weight of the piston, application specific forgings are designed in 3D computer modeling programs.
This makes it possible to have consistent dome thickness which will not compromise the durability of the piston.
All SRP pistons feature fully CNC machined domes, dishes and valve reliefs to give you precise compression ratios and consistent weights.
All SRP pistons incorporate CNC diamond turned skirts to provide you with a better, more consistent finish.
CNC honed pin bores.
Thoroughly deburred prior to cleaning and packaging so no prep work is required.
SRP pistons are ready to run right out of the box.
ORDERING NOTE: Pistons are not returnable. Please be sure to check your engines oversize requirements, cam requirements and head and piston to valve clearance requirements before ordering. We recommend that this be done by an experienced and competant engine builder.
